Talent and Culture Manager La Brisa

This role is designed for a structured and hands-on HR leader who can balance compliance, operations, and people management in a high-volume environment. As Talent & Culture Manager at La Brisa, you will ensure that all HR processes run efficiently—from workforce planning to compliance—while maintaining discipline, consistency, and operational alignment. La Brisa is one of Bali’s most iconic beach clubs, operating at high volume with a strong emphasis on service, coordination, and operational excellence under LYD Bali Group. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, and workforce planning

Ensure full compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and internal procedures Manage and monitor attendance, payroll inputs, contracts, and HR documentation Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance management

Maintain accurate HR reporting, data tracking, and personnel records Support department heads in manpower control and performance monitoring Ensure proper implementation of HR SOPs across all departments

Coordinate with management on organizational structure and staffing efficiency Maintain control over turnover, headcount, and HR cost-related aspects Ensure smooth execution of daily HR operations in a high-volume environment
