We are looking for an Assistant to the COO who is fluent in Mandarin to support our operations. The role involves assisting the COO in managing end-to-end operational projects, including new outlet openings, operational standardization, regional marketing initiatives, and supply chain optimization. The Assistant will be responsible for project planning and monitoring, cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and operational support. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven individual capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Tanggung jawab: Operations Project Management: Assist the COO in managing end-to-end operational projects, including new outlet openings, operational standardization, regional marketing initiatives, and supply chain optimization; Project Planning & Monitoring: Develop project plans, define milestones and timelines, monitor implementation progress, prepare regular progress reports, and identify potential risks and solutions; Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Operations, Business Development, Supply Chain, Quality Control, and outlet teams to ensure effective resource allocation and timely project execution; Process Improvement & SOP Development: Support the development of operational project management systems, implementation methodologies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and execution quality; Operational Support: Assist in preparing operational meetings, documenting meeting minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up across departments; Special Projects: Handle ad hoc projects and strategic operational assignments directly from the COO to support business growth and outlet network expansion.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree from a leading university in Indonesia or China. Graduates from China's 985/211 universities or Double First-Class institutions are preferred; Maximum of 3 years of full-time work experience. Fresh graduates with strong analytical and execution skills may be considered; Experience in leading restaurant chains, major internet companies, or reputable management consulting firms is an advantage; Project management certifications, such as PMP, are preferred; Fluent in Mandarin , both spoken and written, with the ability to use Mandarin as a working language; Native or professionally proficient in Bahasa Indonesia. Good English proficiency is an advantage; Strong execution, logical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills; Detail-oriented, proactive, result-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Good understanding of the Indonesian consumer market and local F&B industry, with basic knowledge of chain restaurant operations; Willing to support field implementation and travel to outlets or project locations when required.
