Responsibilities : Lead and manage the overall China student recruitment project from planning to execution. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans targeting Indonesian students interested in studying in China.Build and maintain strong partnerships with Chinese universities and education providers. Coordinate marketing campaigns, webinars, and education fairs to promote Scholars Republic’s services. Lead and mentor the recruitment team to meet enrollment targets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to drive growth. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, visa policies, and university admission requirements. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.
