As an Assistant Legal Manager, you will manage litigation, contract management, Intellectual Property rights, business advisory, and compliance. You will be responsible for protecting the organization's IP assets, collaborating with various functions to identify and mitigate legal risks in business operations, and staying updated with legal developments in the consumer goods and manufacturing industry to advise the company accordingly.
Tanggung jawab: Manage litigation, contract management, Intellectual Property rights, business advisory, and compliance; Manage and protect an organization's IP assets, including patents, trademarks, brands; Collaborate with various functions to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated in business operations, events and projects; Stay up to date with legal developments in consumer goods and manufacturing industry and advise the company on any changes or potential impacts.
Kualifikasi: Fluent in English (both written and verbal); Minimum total of 8 years of experience; Minimum bachelor's degree in Law.
