Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Assistant General Manager to serve as the General Manager's strategic partner. This position is designed for a professional who can provide insights, evaluate business performance, assess opportunities and risks, and contribute to informed decision-making across our hospitality and retail businesses. The role is less about day-to-day execution and more about bringing independent perspectives, market intelligence, and sound business judgment to support the General Manager in driving sustainable growth and business performance.

Partner closely with the General Manager on strategic and business-critical matters. Monitor hospitality and retail market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive developments. Analyze business performance and identify opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.

Evaluate strategic initiatives, partnerships, investments, and expansion opportunities. Prepare business reviews, recommendations, and scenario analyses to support decision-making. Provide independent perspectives and challenge assumptions constructively when required.

Review business priorities and assess their potential operational and financial impact. Consolidate information from different departments to provide a holistic view of business performance. Support long-term planning and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.
