Food & Beverage Manager

The Grand Taman Safari Prigen & Baobab Safari Resort The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, room service, and special dining experiences. This role ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, operational excellence, revenue growth, cost control, and compliance with hospitality standards while delivering unique dining experiences that complement the safari and resort environment. Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations of all restaurants, bars, banquets, and dining outlets. Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction across all F&B facilities. Monitor food quality, beverage standards, cleanliness, and service performance.

Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities. Lead, coach, and develop the F&B team to achieve operational goals. Coordinate with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Handle guest feedback and implement effective service recovery actions. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards. Plan and support special events, promotions, and seasonal dining programs.

Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvements.
