Sebagai Assistant Chief Engineer di PT Satya Parahyangan Resort, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi operasional teknik dan pemeliharaan fasilitas di resort hotel kami yang berlokasi di Bandung, Jawa Barat. Posisi kontrak ini memainkan peran krusial dalam memastikan seluruh infrastruktur hotel berjalan dengan lancar dan efisien. Anda akan memimpin tim teknisi dan staf pemeliharaan, mengembangkan strategi perawatan untuk sistem kelistrikan, perpipaan, HVAC, serta sistem bangunan lainnya. Selain itu, Anda akan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan, mengelola anggaran teknik, serta berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain untuk memberikan pengalaman tamu kelas dunia yang berkelanjutan dan aman.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and oversee the engineering department, including supervising a team of technicians and maintenance staff; Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve the resort's infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems; Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards; Identify and address engineering-related issues proactively to minimize disruptions to guest experience; Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering services; Manage the engineering budget and procurement of necessary equipment and supplies; Continuously explore opportunities to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
