Luxpawn, a sister brand of Watches Trader, is looking for an Asset Luxury Consultant to provide professional consultation to clients regarding luxury assets used as collateral for pawn financing. The consultant will be responsible for assessing the value, authenticity, condition, and key features of premium products. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, building long-term client relationships, and maintaining high standards of professionalism in a shift-based environment.
Tanggung jawab: Achieve targets for customers utilizing luxury assets as collateral; Provide professional consultation on asset value, authenticity, and condition; Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; Proactively follow up with existing and potential clients; Prepare quotations and handle price negotiations; Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales activity reports.
Kualifikasi: Strong interest in luxury goods, premium products, assets, or investments; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Customer-oriented; Target-driven, proactive, and confident; Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills; Good follow-up and relationship management skills; Experience in luxury retail, sales, relationship management, or high-value product sales is a plus.
