Perusahaan membuka lowongan untuk posisi Legal and Risk Specialist guna memperkuat tata kelola kepatuhan dan mitigasi risiko di lingkungan perusahaan. Peran ini menuntut profesional yang sigap dalam memantau regulasi serta memastikan setiap aktivitas bisnis berjalan sesuai dengan kerangka hukum yang berlaku. Dalam kesehariannya, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memantau isu kepatuhan, memberikan advis hukum dan regulasi kepada manajemen, serta melakukan analisis risiko guna membantu pengambil keputusan dalam merumuskan strategi bisnis. Tugas lainnya meliputi pengelolaan dan implementasi rencana mitigasi risiko, penanganan proyek terkait kepatuhan, serta berkolaborasi secara aktif dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dan regulator terkait.
Tanggung jawab: Keep up to date on compliance issues and ensure their timely escalation, reporting and resolution; Advice company and business activities on applicable rules and regulations, methods and processes needed to ensure regulatory compliance; Actively collaborate with other teams to create a culture of compliance and risk mitigation; To assist in dealings with regulators on regulatory matters, including seeking clarifications on issues where needed; Conduct risk analysis and calculation within the company, including prepare the risk mitigation plan, to advice management on how to make decision; Manage and drive the implementation of risk mitigation plan and compliance related projects; Requirements; Bachelor deegree in Law (; Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Risk Management; Having experience working in financial industry companies, such as fintech (Must); Familiar with business regulation policies and frameworks; Great communication skiils and be able to work with different stakeholders; Having certification in risk management or internal audit is a plus; Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amount of information.
