Posisi HRGA & Legal Staff mendukung operasional harian Human Resources dan General Affairs, memelihara dokumentasi karyawan dan legalitas perusahaan, serta memastikan proses administrasi berjalan lancar sesuai regulasi ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Human Resources; Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding; Handle employee administration, including employment contracts, employee records, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and employee data updates; Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation; Assist in payroll preparation, employee benefits, allowances, and incentives; Support employee training and development activities; Assist in handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, and employment termination administration; Ensure HR administration is carried out in accordance with applicable Indonesian employment regulations; Legal & Compliance; Assist in the preparation, administration, and filing of company legal documents; Assist in reviewing employment agreements, vendor agreements, contracts, and other legal documents; Maintain records of company licenses, permits, agreements, and other compliance documents; Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations; Coordinate with external parties such as notaries, legal consultants, government institutions, and vendors when required; Support the preparation of legal and compliance documentation for management; Handle daily general office administration and employee administrative needs; Manage office supplies, facilities, company assets, and other general affairs requirements; Coordinate administrative matters with internal departments and external parties; Maintain proper documentation and records related to general affairs activities.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3/S1 in Law, Human Resources Management, Management, or a related field; Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HRGA, HR, Legal, or related administrative functions; Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply; Experience in a construction, engineering, MEP, or project-based company is an advantage; Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations and basic legal administration; Familiar with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, payroll administration, and employee documentation; Basic understanding of employment contracts, company agreements, and legal documents; Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic-to-good English, both written and verbal; Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team; High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
