Job Vacancy: Area Sales Supervisor 📍 Locations: Tangerang-Serang, Bandung, Solo.
Tanggung jawab: We are a national company engaged in the distribution of consumer goods and are currently seeking the best candidates to fill the position of Area Sales Supervisor . This role is responsible for managing and supervising sales activities in the assigned ar; Manage and lead the Sales Representative team in the assigned area; Develop sales strategies based on regional potential and company targets; Ensure the achievement of sales and product distribution targets; Build and maintain good relationships with customers and distribution partners; Conduct market analysis and submit regular reports to management; Perform regular field visits for team evaluation and coaching.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Management, or related fields; At least 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG or distribution industry; Strong leadership and communication skills; Target-oriented and able to work under pressure; Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driving license (SIM A/C); Willing to travel and be assigned to various areas as required.
