Area Sales Manager (Surabaya)

About the role We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Sewu Segar Nusantara (Gunung Sewu Group). As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance in Surabaya, East Java. What we're looking for

Bachelor degree in all major. Minimum 5 years of Sales experience preferably in FMCG industry . Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong management and leadership skill. Excellent communication and negotiation skill. Strong analytical thinking.

Available to be placed in ( Surabaya and surrounding area ). What you'll be doing Working with company target and costumer satisfaction.

Responsible for achieving sales targets. Analyze and survey sales territories to make proper adjustments where necessary. Develop and implement standards for productivity, customer-service, and quality of service.
