Achieve sales targets in the assigned area Manage and supervise Sales Executive and field teams Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share
Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers Ensure product availability and proper distribution in the market
Identify new business opportunities and expand sales coverage Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities Prepare and submit periodic sales reports
Provide coaching and performance evaluation for team members Bachelor’s degree in any major Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG / Retail / Consumer Goods
Proven experience in managing a sales team Strong leadership and communication skills Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
