SALES SUPPORT

What you will be doing : • Process sales orders, refunds, credits, and adjustments in SAP. • Match customer payments to orders and handle goods returns (GRN).

• Create and update customer records and ensure order information is accurate. • Respond to standard customer enquiries and issue compliance certificates. • Prepare basic CAD drawings and support estimating documentation.

• Generate SAP reports and maintain accurate data. • Work with internal teams and suppliers to support daily operations. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.

What we are looking for : · Minimal Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field. · Fluent in English

· Experience in sales administration, order processing, or shared services is preferred. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is preferred) is an advantage; CAD drawing knowledge is a plus.
