Area Retail Manager

Job Description Regional Store Business Management: Responsible for the overall business management of stores within the assigned region, including directly operated stores and authorized stores. Develop sales plans, drive sales target achievement, and improve regional market share. Regional Store Operations Management: Ensure the implementation and inspection of daily store operation standards within the assigned region. Follow up on and execute marketing activities to enhance brand image.

Regional Team Management: Responsible for managing the regional team, providing training and empowerment, and building a strong talent pipeline. Regional Business Communication: Maintain close communication with the national New Retail platform to jointly promote regional business development. Build and maintain strong partnerships with regional business partners, including authorized store partners and suppliers. Regional Store Planning and Expansion: Responsible for store network planning and new store development within the assigned region. Work closely with the store expansion team to achieve regional store opening targets.

Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or retail, with at least 2 years of regional management experience. Experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred. Familiar with international retail operation models, with successful experience in regional business development and management.

Bachelor’s degree or above. Proficiency in English as a working language. Strong project management skills, with the ability to efficiently drive the implementation of various tasks.
