We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to be based in Jambi, with a willingness to be placed anywhere in Indonesia. This role involves managing 10 to 12 F&B outlets simultaneously, ensuring that all day-to-day operations are conducted within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, identifying customer needs, and leading the teams at each outlet. Your duties include recruiting, training, and appraising personnel, as well as establishing targets, KPIs, schedules, and policies. You will also be responsible for reporting sales results and productivity to management while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Tanggung jawab: Manage in total 10 - 12 outlets at the same time; Manage all Outlet's F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards; Preserve each 10 outlet with excellent levels of internal and external customer service; Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns; Lead 10 - 12 Outlets Team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel; Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures; Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork; Comply with all health and safety regulations; Report on management regarding sales results and productivity; Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3 years of working experience as Area Manager specializing in F&B/Restaurant Service or equivalent; Proven food and beverage management experience; Understand the inventory scheme well.
