Area Manager Clinic Jabodetabek

We're looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple dental clinics within an assigned region — leading clinic teams, driving performance, and ensuring service excellence across all branches. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop Clinic Supervisors & clinic teams in your assigned area.

Ensure daily clinic operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company SOPs. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (occupancy, sales, productivity, patient satisfaction). Implement standards of service excellence to maintain world-class patient experience.

Solve operational issues proactively with a strong problem-solving mindset. Conduct regular clinic visits, audits, and coaching sessions. Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Medical, Finance, Talent, Marketing, Supply Chain).

Drive operational improvements, cost efficiencies, and continuous service quality enhancement. Lead execution of company initiatives across clinics within the assigned area. Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years experience in clinic/retail/healthcare operations management. Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing multi-site operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching ability.
