Group Finance Performance Manager | Bali, Indonesia Dune World is an international dive and ecotourism group with operations across Asia Pacific, the Red Sea, the Mediterranean, and the Caribbean. As we scale globally, we're looking for a senior finance professional to own the financial performance of our business units worldwide — someone who can be both the guardian of our numbers and a strategic partner to leadership. What you'll own: Consolidate and monitor P&L, cash flow, and KPIs across all business units Safeguard data integrity through bank reconciliations, back-office cross-checks, and source data validation Build and maintain financial dashboards and automated reporting processes Co-pilot budgets with operational teams and maintain rolling forecasts Analyze performance vs. prior year and vs. budget — and challenge the business on variances Liaise with local accountants across our international locations Report directly to senior management as a strategic financial sparring partner What you bring: 5+ years in financial controlling, FP&A, or management accounting Experience working in multi-entity or international environments Strong command of reporting automation and BI tools (Power BI, Excel, or equivalent) An analytical mindset with the confidence to challenge operational leaders on their numbers
