Perusahaan ritel terkemuka membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk posisi Area Manager. Perusahaan berfokus pada ekspansi dan pengelolaan jaringan toko ritel yang efisien, berorientasi pada pencapaian target profitabilitas, serta penerapan standar operasional tertinggi di seluruh area yang dikelola. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh aktivitas operasional toko di wilayah manajemennya agar selalu berjalan optimal. Tugas utama mencakup pengembangan inisiatif strategis, pemantauan operasional harian sesuai SOP, evaluasi dan pembinaan karyawan toko, pengelolaan anggaran operasional, penetapan dan pemantauan target penjualan, pengendalian susut (shrinkage) dan biaya, serta pemeliharaan standar kebersihan dan kerapian toko secara konsisten di seluruh area.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Develop and implement strategic operational initiatives to ensure the achievement of established business targets; 2. Monitor and control store operations, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards; 3. Evaluate, coach, and develop store employees to improve their competencies, productivity, motivation, and career growth; 4. Monitor and manage operational budgets within the assigned area to ensure effective and efficient cost utilization; 5. Plan, establish, and monitor store targets within the assigned area in alignment with the company's overall business objectives; 6. Evaluate store performance and target achievements across the assigned area, and implement improvement initiatives to drive sales growth and operational performance; 7. Monitor and control store shrinkage, as well as oversee operational expenses to ensure cost efficiency and minimize losses; 8. Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and overall store standards are consistently maintained across all stores within the assigned area; Requirement :.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail operations; Strong knowledge and understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and marketing; Ability to understand and analyze financial data, particularly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements; Proficient in computer literacy and Microsoft Office applications; Strong leadership skills and goal-oriented mindset; Good interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and manage different personalities; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Willingness to travel and relocate as required by business needs; Adaptable to changes and dynamic working environments; Ability to work effectively under pressure.
