Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers, understand their analytical challenges and provide effective solutions
- Provide training to customers on instrument's operation, data analysis, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with customers to develop and optimize methods for specific applications. This might involve customization of instrument setting, sample preparationtechniques, and data analysis workflows
- Presenting technical information in a clear and comprehensive manner, wheter through written reports, presentations or training sessions
- Working closesly with Sales Engineer, Marketing and Customer Support Engineer to provide comprehensive customer support
- Some roles involve travel to customer sites for on-site support, training and workshops
