Support product applications, customer trials, and technical solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
Tanggung jawab: Support marketing team for market penetration of the product; Conducting application test of the products in the laboratory; Preparing and conducting plant trial of the product in customer; Preparing and complying technical data under ISO procedure; Monitoring delivery and quality of the product to/in customers; Handle customer complain and seeking method to overcome; Maintain good relationship with customer; Collecting data of experience and expectation of customer to the product; Making reports timely on visits to customers and presenting them; Requirements :; Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in chemistry/chemical engineeing; Have knowledge and experience in application of PU binder ink; Have knowledge and experience in R&D in flexible packaging will be advantage; Have knowledge and experience in developing the PU binder ink will be advantage; Have soft skills such as problem solving, leadership, ccommunication skill, target orientation, customer care, and building trust and personal accountability; Fluency in English (advantage); Regular placement will be in Merak – Banten, and travel to domestic or overseas customers; Full-Time positions(s) available; HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT PT DOVER CHEMICAL Jl.
