Process Engineer bertanggung jawab untuk memantau, mengevaluasi, dan mengoptimalkan proses Corn Wet Milling serta sistem utilitas di perusahaan. Peran teknik ini menuntut ketajaman analisis tinggi guna mendukung efisiensi operasional pabrik secara menyeluruh. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi implementasi praktik terbaik dalam operasional harian, pemecahan masalah (troubleshooting), analisis akar masalah, serta inisiatif efisiensi terkait energi, air, dan uap. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi dengan berbagai departemen, vendor, dan manajemen untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan, kesehatan, lingkungan, dan mutu perusahaan di Cilegon.
Tanggung jawab: Act as ambassador for best practices implementation in related processes, for daily operational needs, troubleshooting, improvements, and projects. Integrate the implementation of Safety, Health, Environment, Food Safety, Quality, and product regulat; Collaborate with colleagues of different functions, vendors, and may also with customers; Show commitment on financial aspect, both fixed cost & variable cost in the related area; Develop Competency of shift leader & operators for the operation concept and best practice implementation; Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with department heads regarding potential issues that may affect departmental or interdepartmental process; Key responsibilities; Monitor and optimize Corn Wet Milling and Utility processes; Analyze process performance and identify improvement opportunities; Troubleshoot process issues and conduct root cause analysis; Drive efficiency improvement initiatives related to yield, energy, water, and steam consumption; Support production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to achieve operational targets; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree, preferrable in Chemical Engineering or Engineering; Minimum 2 years of experience in Process Engineering or Process Supervisor; Experienced in the implementation of ISO management system, Risk Assessment and process automation system; Familiar with utility systems such as Boilers, WTP, WWTP, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, and Refrigeration Systems; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Good understanding of manufacturing processes and process optimization; Knowledge of mass balance, heat balance, and process control systems (DCS); Good communication and teamwork skills; Good command of English; Working base is in cilegon.
