This role is responsible for supporting the operations of internal business applications (in-house/custom development) as well as external applications used across various departments. The position ensures that systems run optimally to support FMCG distribution business processes. The incumbent acts as a bridge between business/user needs and the IT development team, handling support, maintenance, minor development, and documentation tasks.
