Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab mendukung implementasi, penyebaran, dan pemeliharaan aplikasi bisnis kritis yang menggerakkan operasional logistik perusahaan. Tanggung jawab: Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for business-critical applications throughout the implementation lifecycle; Lead application implementation projects from planning through deployment; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions; Configure and customize applications to meet specific business requirements; Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides; Conduct training sessions and workshops; Monitor application performance and implement corrective actions; Manage application upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities; Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues.
