Tanggung Jawab

• Conduct design, analysis, and engineering activities related to composite materials and applications
• Perform testing and evaluation of composite products to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with technical requirements
• Handle color matching activities and provide technical support related to color formulation, adjustment, and customer requirements
• Support tooling engineering activities, including tooling design improvement and production support
• Develop and improve work processes, procedures, and technical documentation for operational activities
• Manage and support engineering projects to ensure timely and successful project completion
• Provide technical support, consultation, and product training to customers and internal teams
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to solve technical issues and improve product performance
• Work together with the Lead RSL (Restricted Substance List) Engineer to review customer RSL requirements and support operational compliance
• Participate in continuous learning and actively support knowledge sharing through training activities
• Support and contribute to a positive team working environment across departments
• Travel domestically and internationally when required (approximately 5–20%, including overnight travel)
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
• Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree from Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
• At least 3 years experience in application engineering, composite materials, plastics, polymer, coatings, or related manufacturing industries is preferred
• Can use CAD (adjust drawing) not only view
• Business level of English
• Knowledge or experience in color matching
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
• Project management experience, concept to production
• Materials background in composites/reinforced plastics/plastics
• Good business skills
• Process engineering experience in composite/thermoforming/tooling
