Posisi manajerial di PT LOGISTEED Indonesia Forwarding yang berlokasi di Bandara Soekarno Hatta. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh atas operasional kargo udara harian, termasuk impor, ekspor, dan pengiriman transit. Manajer akan memimpin tim, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi keselamatan penerbangan, serta mengelola hubungan dengan maskapai dan otoritas bea cukai.
Tanggung jawab: Manage daily air cargo operations (import, export, and transit shipments); Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, warehouse teams, and customs authorities; Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and cargo handling standards (IATA & other local regulations); Monitor cargo schedules, capacity planning, and flight allocations; Supervise cargo documentation (air waybills, manifests, customs paperwork); Oversee loading/unloading procedures and warehouse operations; Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance; Handle customer service issues and shipment irregularities; Control operational costs and improve efficiency; Ensure proper handling of special cargo (dangerous goods, perishables, live animals, high-value cargo).
Kualifikasi: Min. 10 years of experience in freight forwarding and managerial role; Excellent communication and coordination skills in a global and multicultural environment; Experience with Cargowise as a Freight forwarding operation system is plus point; Business-level English required; Willing to be placed in Bandara Soekarno Hatta.
