About the role PT Mitracomm Ekasarana is seeking an Agent English Specialist to join our dynamic call centre team. This is a contract position based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah . As an Agent English Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, providing exceptional English-language support to our valued clients. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer service and ensuring that English-speaking customers receive the highest standard of assistance across all touchpoints. Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English with professionalism and courtesy Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and efficient manner Provide accurate information about products and services to customers Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the system Maintain detailed records of calls and customer transactions Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards consistently Meet or exceed call handling targets and performance metrics Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialised departments when necessary Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleague performance What we're looking for
