As an Aesthetic Doctor, you will provide professional consultations and perform device-based and injectable aesthetic procedures. Your primary goal is to deliver high-quality, safe, and personalized patient care, ensuring a positive experience throughout the patient's treatment journey. You will be responsible for educating patients on procedures, risks, and post-treatment care, while maintaining strict adherence to medical standards and ethics. The role requires building long-term relationships with patients and collaborating effectively with branch managers, therapists, and administrative teams to maintain high service standards.
Tanggung jawab: Provide professional aesthetic consultations using a patient-centred approach; Educate patients clearly about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, potential risks, and post-treatment care; Perform aesthetic medical procedures safely and in accordance with established SOPs and medical standards; Assess patients’ individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments; Ensure proper patient assessment, documentation, treatment planning, and follow-up; Maintain a high standard of patient safety, medical ethics, and professional practice; Build trust and develop long-term relationships with patients; Maintain good working relationships with the branch manager, therapists, and administrative team; Stay updated on the latest developments, techniques, and trends in aesthetic medicine.
Kualifikasi: Medical Doctor who has completed professional medical education and holds a General Practitioner (GP) qualification; Holds a valid and active Medical Doctor Registration Certificate (STR); Minimum 5 years of experience working in aesthetic clinics, medical aesthetics, or skincare clinics.
