Job Description Lead the Performance Marketing team to achieve GMV and ROAS targets across TikTok Ads (TTAM & GMV Max), Meta (CPAS & Awareness), and Shopee Ads. Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end paid media campaigns, continuously testing creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to maximize performance.
Manage product catalogs and feed health to ensure optimal performance for commerce-driven campaigns, while quickly identifying and resolving campaign issues. Allocate and optimize advertising budgets across channels based on performance data, ROI, and business priorities. Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports on GMV, ROAS, and spend efficiency, and provide strategic recommendations to improve results.
Requirements Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on paid media experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role such as Ads Lead or Performance Marketing Lead with direct GMV/ROAS ownership. Strong expertise in at least two of the following platforms: TikTok Ads (TTAM & GMV Max), Meta CPAS, Meta Awareness, and Shopee Ads, with the ability to quickly adapt to the others.
Proven experience managing product catalogs and feeds for e-commerce or commerce-focused advertising campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize budgets, identify performance bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness. Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or marketplace businesses, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
