Main Responsibilities: Focus on developing new customers (importers, exporters, and manufacturers). Promote one-stop logistics services on the China–Indonesia route, including sea freight, trucking, customs clearance, and warehousing.
Develop business opportunities for Indonesian exports and third-party trade (cross trade). Conduct client visits, communicate via phone, and deliver service presentations to achieve sales targets. Prepare visit reports, sales quotations, and customer follow-up data.
Work closely with the Sales Manager and internal teams to execute the company’s sales strategy. Build and maintain long-term, stable, and professional relationships with customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales; experience in freight forwarding or export–import logistics is a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Having an active export–import customer database or network is an advantage.
- Educational background in marketing or a related field.
- Fluent in English with good communication and presentation skills.
- Added value: able to communicate in Mandarin.
