Job Description and Key Responsibilities : 1. As a Team Support: Assist the Marketing leader with daily operational tasks 2. As Customer Care: Contact clients to answer questions, schedule meetings, and manage account. Reporting the prospective and progress customers regularly every week and preparing a visit report to be reported to Head Quarter in Japan to achieve the given sales target
3. As Document Management: Handle, review, and carefully check all financial and administrative documents required for contracts and credit applications to ensure data accuracy. 4. As Sales Paperwork: Prepare price quotation, business proposals, and final contract. Maintain good relationship with all the prospective and existing customers 5. As Finance Admin: Collect financial documents and fill out client credit application Manage and keep confidential documents properly or in safety box for PDG
6.Reporting : Write and submit daily activity reports to local management in English. 7. Head Quarter Reporting : Prepare and compile various financial and operational reports to be submitted directly to Japan Head Office (HQ) 8. As Credit Control Support: Prepare and update overdue reports to track delayed or outstanding payments from clients.
General Requirement : Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in the leasing or financial industry
Fluent in Business English Job Grade : Senior Staff ~ Supervisor Level (based on experience and final interview) Employment Status : Permanent Employee (after pass 3 month probation)
