Admin Trade Marketing E-Commerce / Pet Care Marketing (PKWT 6 Months)

Department: Trade Marketing E-Commerce (Online) or Trade Marketing Pet Care Status: Contract (6 Months) Placement: Head Office Jakarta

Job Description Extract daily, weekly, and monthly data from various e-commerce stores. Check and recap invoices and process physical documents for the Finance department.

Coordinate sample delivery to accounts, including tracking and processing. Monitor daily live order complaints and forward them to enablers for escalation. Provide assistance in the approval process for video content.

Qualifications Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1). Experience: 1–3 years of administrative experience.

Core Objective: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations to allow the core team to focus on growth activities. Managing PDC (Plan-Do-Check) for Sales & Distribution specifically for Pet Shops. Handling PDC Listing for Modern Trade (MT) channels.
