About the role We are seeking a skilled Accountant Distributor to join Mitra Handal Sejahtera on a contract basis . This role is based in Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat and plays a vital part in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and reporting for our distribution operations. As Accountant Distributor, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, and providing timely financial information to support management decision-making. This position is essential to our operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.

Key responsibilities Recording and reconciling financial transactions related to distribution activities, including purchases, sales, and inventory movements Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ledgers in accordance with accounting standards and company policies

Preparing journal entries, invoices, and supporting documentation for all distribution-related transactions Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

Monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payment processing Supporting the audit process by providing necessary financial documentation and explanations Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for distribution operations

Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and assisting in tax preparation activities Collaborating with other departments to gather financial information and resolve accounting queries What we're looking for
