Account Manager – Plantation

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager – Plantation to develop and manage relationships with oil palm plantations and support the implementation of product trials in the areas of crop protection and crop nutrition . The successful candidate will understand plantation operations, decision-making processes, and working practices, and will have established relationships with key stakeholders across oil palm plantations in Sumatra and/or Kalimantan. Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with oil palm plantations , preferably in Sumatra or Kalimantan.

A degree or diploma in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Science, Agribusiness, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of plantation operations, agronomy, and field management practices. Experience with, or knowledge of, crop protection and/or crop nutrition products .

Existing network and strong professional relationships within the oil palm plantation industry. Proven ability to manage product trials, field demonstrations, or technical-commercial projects. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Commercially driven, proactive, and able to identify and develop new business opportunities. Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Willingness to travel frequently to plantation locations.

Based in Sumatra . Proficiency in English is an advantage.
