Placement: Pasuruan Industrial Estate Rembang, JL Kraton Industri III No.Create work plans to fulfill production targets, quality and evaluation of teamwork results Managing, inspect, and provide advice regarding things that need to be done to control materials, both tobacco raw materials, clove, flavor and cut rag. Give direction related to manpower arrangement for full fill production processManpower improvement for increasing capability on each position Managing, inspect, and provide advice regarding things that need to be done to machine improvement/modification, both material and machine spare part. Create work plan related improvement for improve process and machine capacity
Kualifikasi: Able to communicate in English (written and conversational), has high dedication and motivation, able to work under pressure, able to manage subordinates, leadership, problem solving, decision making; Understands primary processes and primary machinery, Able to use statistical function (Minitab, etc.), Able to use SAP system, PLC, and MES system; Min. Bachelor Degree of Mechanical/Electrical/ Industry; Min. 5 years’ experience in same field.
