Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the manufacturing industry (automotive experience is preferred). Strong knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, TPS, and Continuous Improvement. Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and 5S/5R implementation. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP systems.
Tanggung jawab: Lead the achievement of production, quality, and efficiency targets in line with established KPIs; Oversee production operations by optimizing material utilization, manpower, production capacity, and manufacturing processes; Analyze and resolve production issues through effective corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives; Drive the implementation of manufacturing systems, including TPS, TPM, QCC, and other continuous improvement programs to enhance productivity and reduce production costs; Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), IATF 16949, ISO 14001, as well as Health, Safety, and 5R standards; Develop team capabilities by enhancing operators' skills, discipline, and quality awareness; Oversee new product mass production readiness and ensure the accuracy of production administration, including SAP transactions.
