Wellness Host (Front Office)

About the role We are seeking a Wellness Host (Front Office) to join The Asa Maia team in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that sits at the heart of our guest experience, combining traditional hospitality excellence with a deep commitment to wellness and holistic living. As a Wellness Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay and ensuring that every interaction reflects our values of peace, mindfulness, and personalised care. This role is essential to our mission of creating a sanctuary where guests can reconnect with themselves and experience transformative wellness.

Key responsibilities Greeting guests upon arrival with warmth and genuine hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our wellness-focused ethos Managing front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and attentiveness

Providing comprehensive information about our wellness programmes, spa services, yoga classes, meditation sessions, and other retreat offerings Assisting guests in booking wellness activities and personalised experiences tailored to their individual needs and interests Maintaining accurate guest records and handling administrative duties with care and precision

Responding to guest requests and concerns promptly, with a focus on enhancing their overall wellness experience Promoting our wellness packages and seasonal offerings to guests and potential visitors Creating a calm, peaceful environment at the front desk that aligns with our sanctuary atmosphere

Handling payments and managing the front office systems with accuracy What we're looking for Previous experience in front office or guest services roles within a hospitality setting, preferably in a luxury or boutique hotel environment
