Peran Warehouse Supervisor – Power Trafo ini berfokus pada pengelolaan operasional gudang secara menyeluruh untuk memastikan efisiensi manajemen fasilitas dan penyimpanan produk trafo tenaga. Sebagai supervisor, Anda akan bertanggung jawab mengawasi aktivitas harian gudang, mengelola kontrol inventaris material, serta memimpin tim staf gudang. Anda berperan krusial dalam memastikan bahwa seluruh produk trafo tenaga disimpan, ditangani, dan didistribusikan dengan aman dan akurat untuk mendukung ketepatan waktu pengiriman kepada pelanggan.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal use of warehouse space for power transformer storage and distribution; Supervise, train and motivate warehouse staff, including stockers, pickers and loaders, whilst maintaining high performance standards and safety protocols; Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy and minimise discrepancies; Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling and dispatch of power transformer equipment according to company procedures and industry standards; Implement and enforce health, safety and environmental policies to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or damage to products; Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and product delivery to customers; Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities in good working condition, reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed; Manage warehouse documentation, including inventory reports, stock movement records and staff performance reports; Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-saving measures to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity; Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements relevant to warehousing and distribution operations.
