PT Astari Niagara Internasional membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Warehouse Raw Material Assistant Manager yang akan ditempatkan di Cikupa, Tangerang. Posisi ini memegang peranan penting dalam mengelola operasional gudang bahan baku secara menyeluruh. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pengelolaan kontrol inventaris multi-site, pengawasan aktivitas harian gudang mulai dari penerimaan hingga transfer material, penanganan bahan kimia cair beserta tangki penyimpanannya, penerapan standar Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan (K3L), serta koordinasi distribusi kargo guna memastikan efisiensi rantai pasok dan kelancaran proses manufaktur perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage multi-site inventory controls, perform monthly/annual stock counts and reconciliation, handle import permits (bonded and non-bonded), and coordinate delivery orders for cargo distribution; Oversee daily warehouse activities—including receipt, storage, handling, and transfer of raw materials—to ensure optimal storage conditions, efficient picking, and accurate documentation; Supervise third-party transport performance, enforce strict Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards across operational areas, and resolve or escalate operational issues to relevant internal teams.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in any major; Minimum 3 years of work experience as Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor in local or multinational manufacturing company; Required to have experience in handling liquid chemical material and storage tank; Experience in handling multi-site warehouses and bonded zone is a plus; Understand and familiar with WMS & ERP Program; Has good leadership and communication skill; Have WMS/ SCM certification is a plus; Willing to work Monday to Saturday (half-day).
