The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations for spare parts and production materials. This role is critical for ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth material flow, and reliable SAP transactions to support uninterrupted production activities. The supervisor leads Store Keepers and collaborates closely with Production, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Security teams.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, issuing, storage, and inventory control; Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately and timely recorded in SAP (MM Module), including MIGO and Transfer Posting; Maintain 100% alignment between physical stock and SAP system data; Coordinate material receiving from the main gate, verify documents, inspect quantities, and distribute materials; Monitor and report PK Shell movement; Supervise Store Keepers and ensure warehouse activities run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with SOP; Maintain warehouse cleanliness, tidiness, and proper material arrangement (5S / 5R implementation); Operate forklift when required; Act as Store Keeper when necessary; Prepare and submit periodic warehouse and inventory reports; Support internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations (manufacturing environment preferred).
