Perusahaan mencari Warehouse Site Manager yang berpengalaman untuk memimpin dan mengawasi operasional logistik kontrak secara end-to-end di Cikarang. Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas operasional 24/7, mencakup manajemen gudang, kontrol inventaris, transportasi, dan dukungan Data Hall. Fokus utama adalah memastikan keunggulan operasional, keselamatan, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Anda akan mengelola perencanaan tenaga kerja, produktivitas, akurasi inventaris, kinerja keuangan, serta pencapaian KPI dan SLA. Peran ini menuntut kepemimpinan yang kuat, ketajaman komersial, kemampuan manajemen hubungan pelanggan, serta pemecahan masalah yang kompleks untuk mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan di lingkungan logistik yang dinamis.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 8–10 years of experience in contract logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain management, or related industries, including significant experience in a senior operational leadership role; Proven experience in managing large-scale, high-volume warehouse operations, preferably within a 24/7 operating environment; Strong knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, workforce planning, and operational performance management; Experience in managing complex logistics operations involving multiple functional teams and customer requirements; Demonstrated experience in managing large operational teams, including manpower planning, shift management, performance monitoring, and employee development; Proven ability to manage operational KPIs, SLAs, inventory accuracy, productivity, and service quality; Strong financial and commercial understanding, including P&L management, budgeting, cost optimization, and contract administration; Experience in customer relationship management, operational reviews, escalation handling, and service improvement initiatives; Familiarity with applicable Indonesian logistics, occupational health and safety, environmental, and security regulations; Experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and operational reporting tools; Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and make sound operational decisions; Good command of English, both written and spoken.
