The Warehouse Manager will be based at the facility in South Cikarang, West Java, serving as a pivotal leader for the site's daily operations. This full-time role involves overseeing the entire warehouse ecosystem, including inventory management, staff supervision, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance. The manager is tasked with optimizing operational workflows, upholding strict safety standards, and achieving key performance indicators while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching of goods; Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management; Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity; Optimise warehouse layout and storage systems to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency; Monitor and manage key performance indicators such as order accuracy, delivery times and cost controls; Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment; Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment; Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and best practice guidelines.
