Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations, including supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes
• Experience with stock opname, cycle count, inventory control, and warehouse optimization
• Familiar with FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Tanggung Jawab

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
• Ensure all inbound and outbound processes comply with company SOPs and operational standards
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock opname and cycle count activities
• Analyze inventory movement and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock
• Develop and implement effective warehouse storage methods, including FIFO/FEFO practices
• Coordinate order fulfillment and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Work closely with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries and minimize damaged shipments
• Monitor warehouse systems, operational tools, and documentation to support operational efficiency
• Identify operational issues, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare operational and inventory reports to support business decision-making
