Warehouse Foreman/Superintendent

About the role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Foreman/Superintendent to join our operations team at our facility in Gresik, Jawa Timur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the effective management and organisation of our warehouse operations. As Warehouse Foreman/Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring optimal storage and distribution practices, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team of warehouse personnel.

Key responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse team leader and members, ensuring efficient execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching operations Monitor warehouse operations to maintain optimal stock levels, accuracy and organisation of inventory

Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, standard operating procedures and best practices to ensure a safe working environment Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, records and reports including stock movements, damage reports and performance metrics Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and delivery schedules

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies within warehouse processes Forecast inventory and determine order point What we're looking for

Minimum 5-7 years experience of warehouse operations and inventory management Proven track record of managing warehouse teams and coordinating daily operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment Good work attitude
