About the role PT FORTUNE TREE INDONESIA is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager (English Speaker) to join our dynamic warehouse and distribution team. This is a casual position based in Jatiuwung, Banten, offering the flexibility of part-time work whilst maintaining the responsibility of supporting critical warehouse operations. As Warehouse Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse facilities, contributing directly to the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain and distribution network. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work arrangements while developing expertise in warehouse management and logistics operations. Key responsibilities Supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management and despatch of goods Assisting in the maintenance of accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks to ensure data integrity Managing warehouse staff and ensuring adherence to safety protocols, standard operating procedures and quality standards Liaising with logistics partners, suppliers and internal departments to facilitate smooth warehouse operations and resolve operational issues Monitoring warehouse equipment and facilities, reporting maintenance needs and ensuring optimal functionality Assisting in the planning and optimisation of warehouse layout and storage systems to maximise efficiency and space utilisation Preparing warehouse reports and documentation related to inventory movements, shipments and operational metrics Supporting cost reduction initiatives and identifying opportunities for process improvements within warehouse operations What we're looking
