We are seeking a Mandarin Speaker to join our warehouse operations team in Jatiuwung, Tangerang. This role is critical for bridging communication between our management team and warehouse staff, ensuring that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. As a Mandarin Speaker in the warehouse, you will manage daily operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes. You will also be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, translating instructions, and coordinating with various departments to solve operational issues in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes; Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records and assist with regular stock opname; Monitor the movement of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with SOPs and delivery schedules; Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, Import, and Sales teams regarding operational requirements; Facilitate Mandarin–Indonesian communication between management and warehouse teams; Translate verbal and written information, instructions, and documents when required; Prepare and monitor warehouse operational reports and follow up on issues encountered in daily operations; Identify operational problems and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely solutions; Ensure the warehouse is organized, safe, clean, and operated according to company standards; Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi: Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) and able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking management and teams; Strong Mandarin communication skills are the main requirement for this position; Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major; Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields are preferred; Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations is a plus; Experience working in a warehouse/site environment is preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment; English proficiency is a plus; Willing to work on-site in Jatiuwung, Tangerang.
