Deliver excellent food and beverage service to guests in a professional and friendly manner Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages according to company service standards

Provide recommendations on menu items, including wine, spirits, and signature drinks Demonstrate awareness of common food allergies and communicate them properly to the kitchen or bar
