PT Biko Indonesia is a hospitality company seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters and Waitresses to join our dynamic team in Central Jakarta. This is a full-time position where you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Waiter or Waitress, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your daily responsibilities include greeting guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and ensuring the dining area remains clean and organized according to establishment standards.
Tanggung jawab: Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and providing them with menus and beverages; Taking accurate food and drink orders from customers and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff; Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously; Checking on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction; Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions accurately; Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, tables, and service stations; Setting tables according to establishment standards and restocking supplies; Upselling menu items and suggesting beverages; Following health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
Kualifikasi: Enthusiastic and professional attitude; Ability to collaborate with kitchen and bar staff; Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
