Erafone dan Ibox merupakan jaringan ritel terkemuka yang berfokus pada produk elektronik dan gaya hidup. Perusahaan ini terus berkembang dan membutuhkan tenaga ahli untuk menjaga standar visual toko yang menarik bagi pelanggan. Sebagai Visual Merchandiser Specialist, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi visual merchandising yang kreatif. Peran ini mencakup pembuatan tampilan produk yang menarik, pengelolaan promosi khusus di dalam toko, serta memastikan visibilitas merek di mal atau media luar ruang (OOH). Anda juga akan memantau biaya operasional, mengarahkan staf dalam penataan display, serta menyesuaikan tampilan toko untuk peluncuran produk baru atau tema musiman.
Tanggung jawab: Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy; Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store; Produce special promotions display in-store and visibility malls/OOH; Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result; Monitor costs and work within budget; Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays; Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes; Liaise with suppliers and source elements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor Degree from any major; Have minimum 2 as Visual Merchandiser; Good knowledge about Store Planogram; Have a skill to displaying the product and POSM; Have a skill to using graphic tools and 3D; Good communication in English and good team work; Have a skill to creating the report and presentation; willing to Mobile.
