PT. Hey Cool sedang mencari kandidat berpengalaman di bidang desain interior untuk bergabung dan berkontribusi dalam berbagai proyek menarik perusahaan. Peran ini berfokus pada perancangan konsep tata letak ruangan yang estetis, fungsional, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien. Sebagai Desainer Interior Proyek, Anda akan bertanggung jawab mulai dari pembuatan konsep desain kreatif dan gambar 3D rendering, melakukan pengukuran lapangan secara akurat, hingga menyusun Bill of Quantities (BoQ/RAB) serta penawaran harga. Anda juga akan berkomunikasi secara intensif dengan klien, tim penjualan, manajemen, maupun vendor untuk memastikan kelancaran eksekusi proyek di wilayah Jakarta Utara.
Tanggung jawab: Create creative interior design concepts, floor plans, layouts, and 3D rendering images (effects/rendering) that align with client requirements; Conduct accurate site measurements at the project location; Prepare detailed and accurate interior project Bill of Quantities (BoQ/RAB) / quotations; Communicate, consult, and conduct regular follow-ups with clients from initial pitching to project execution; Work closely and actively with the sales team, management, and field team/vendors to ensure smooth project operations; Placement in North Jakarta.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3/Bachelor's Degree) in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position (interior design/construction industry); Proficient in interior design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar rendering software); Able to conduct site measurements independently and accurately; Skilled in preparing Bill of Quantities (BoQ/RAB) and quotations; Active in English (spoken and written) for communication with clients or management; Possess good negotiation, presentation, and client follow-up skills; Proactive, responsible, and highly customer-service oriented.
